How do I log in?

Phone login emails a 6-digit code to the address on the account — it is not sent by SMS. You can also use email and password.

Do you have Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available on apparel orders. Membership cannot be purchased with COD.

How long are returns?

10 days from delivery, on eligible items. Start a return from the delivered order in My orders.

What is membership?

Member pricing and free shipping on qualifying orders. See Membership.

Why did my online payment expire?

Unpaid UPI / Razorpay checkouts are held for 15 minutes. After that the items go back on sale and you can place a new order.

Do you have physical stores?

Not yet. Inked Outfits is online-first. We ship across India.
