10 days from delivery on eligible items. No invented “no-questions” theatre — size and quality issues are exactly what this window is for.

How to start a return

Open the delivered order in My orders and use the return request. We only show that on delivered orders.

What happens next

We review the request in admin, then pickup / refund as the status moves. Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method once approved. COD refunds are processed after we receive the item.

Not returnable

Membership, gift-with-purchase (when we run one), and items that are used or damaged by the customer.
